FmT Consultants Ltd. is a management consulting firm specializing in Facility Management and Technology. Our services are results driven and have been provided to facility managers, building owners and senior managers since 1993. The principal, Don Dennis, is a Professional Engineer with extensive qualifications and experience in facilities and infrastructure management.

Mission

“Facilities and physical infrastructure” includes buildings, systems, equipment, utilities, grounds and other capital assets. To manage the facilities and physical infrastructure “on a sustainable basis”, we believe that the business model for the Facility Management (FM) function in the organization must first be sustainable. A “sustainable FM business model” is defined as the ability to provide the required facilities, physical infrastructure and related services to meet the needs of the organization on a stable, long term basis regardless of changes in FM staff, the organization and/or the building industry.
