Our People

Don Dennis, P.Eng., is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the building industry, including 13 years as a facility/infrastructure manager in large organizations. He worked for 10 years at a senior management level prior to founding this consulting practice in 1993. He has received his Certified Facility Manager designation from IFMA, Real Property Administrator designation from BOMA and is a Past President of the Southern Alberta Chapter of ASHRAE. Résumé.

 
Terry Marsden has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan with a major in marketing and minors in management and general business. Terry has provided secretarial, marketing and administrative support services for the company since 1997. She is also very active as a volunteer in her local school district, community and minor sports associations.
